KC Counseling Group is committed to the deepest levels of personal growth and development. We practice depth counseling, a space for those deeply curious about why they do what they do. Some clients who love depth work have trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, childhood abuse/neglect, grief, family dysfunction, high-stress levels, and emotional pain. These people are often known as “The Walking Wounded” or “High Functioning Trauma Survivors.” These people often look together on the outside, but on the inside, there is more going on. These are often strong individuals who have endured really hard things. They are often also very tired. This group of people is ready to go deep to understand who they are and how they got there. They are ready for a guide to help them find a way toward hope.
