why choose us

Therapy that’s honest and safe, challenging and supportive. Let us help.

Finding the right therapist is personal, and fit matters more than anything else. We work at depth rather than managing symptoms, we stay curious instead of judgmental, and we make room for the parts of your story that are hardest to say out loud.

Our Approach

The Therapeutic Process

Therapy here is not a script or a worksheet. It moves at a pace your mind and body can actually handle, and it begins with a conversation rather than a commitment. Here is how the work usually unfolds, though your path will be your own.

step 01

Connection

Counseling always starts with connection. We encourage a consultation call to see if you feel connected, safe, and heard before beginning the process. Counseling is a privileged space where a therapist is welcomed into places you might not let others in. This space is sacred, and we want to honor that. That starts with connection.

step 02

Curiosity

As you begin the counseling process, you will find that curiosity is central to everything we do. Whether you are doing individual counseling, couples counseling or family therapy, curiosity is where we start. Becoming curious allows us to seek understanding without judgment. It allows one to explore parts of self and to grow in compassion and understanding of who you are. That place of compassion and curiosity is the beginning of change.

step 03

Change

Change occurs when the mind, body, and emotions feel safe, connected, and heard. We find most clients see change over time and begin to do their own therapeutic work even outside of sessions. When your mind, body, and emotions trust your authentic self to lead the way, the ways you can change become unending.

Rates & Investment

Straightforward pricing, private pay

We are a private-pay practice and an out-of-network provider, so your care is guided by what you need rather than what a plan will authorize. We accept FSA and HSA payments, and we can provide documentation you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
